BIGGEST & LARGEST SEA ANIMALS IN THE WORLD

1. BLUE WHALE

Blue whales are the largest & the biggest marine mammal in the world. Blue whales can weigh up-to 190 tonnes (1,90,000 Kgs) & can grow more than 30 meters (80+ feet) in length.  Life span of the Blue whales are up-to 80-90 years.
 

2. NORTH PACIFIC RIGHT WHALE

 
North Pacific Right Whales are the second largest marine mammals in the world. These whales can weigh up-to 120 tonnes (1,20,000 Kgs). But the Average mass of these whales are 50-80 tonnes & can grow more than 15.5 meters (51 feet) in length.  Life span of the North Pacific Right whales is up-to 70 years.
 

3. SOUTHERN RIGHT WHALE

 
Southern Right Whales are the third largest marine mammals in the world. These whales can weigh up-to 110 tonnes (1,10,000 Kgs). The Average mass of these whales are 55-60 tonnes & can grow more than 15.25 meters (50 feet) in length. The Average length of these whales is 14 meters.  Life span of the Southern Right whales is up-to 70 years.

The Average mass of these whales are 57 tonnes & can grow more than 19.5 meters (64 feet) in length. The Average length of these whales is 14 meters.  Life span of the Fin whales is up-to 6570 years.
 

5. BOWHEAD WHALE

 
Bow Head Whales are the fifth biggest marine mammals in the world. These whales can weigh up-to 120 tonnes (1,20,000 Kgs). The Average mass of these whales are 54.5 tonnes & can grow more than 15 meters (49 feet) in length. 
 

6. NORTH ATLANTIC RIGHT WHALE

 
North Atlantic Right Whales are the sixth biggest marine mammals in the world. These whales can weigh up-to 110 tonnes (1,10,000 Kgs). The Average mass of these whales are 40-70 tonnes (40,000-70,000 Kgs) & can grow more than 14-15 meters (49 feet) in length. 
 

7. SPERM WHALE

 
Sperm Whales are the seventh biggest marine mammals in the world. These whales can weigh up-to 57 tonnes (57,000 Kgs). The Average mass of these whales are 31 tonnes & can grow more than 12-13.25 meters (43.5 feet) in length. 
 

8. HUMPBACK WHALE

 
Hump Back Whales are the eighth biggest marine mammals in the world. These whales can weigh up-to 48 tonnes (48,000 Kgs). The Average mass of these whales are 29 tonnes & can grow more than 13 meters (43 feet) in length. Life span of the these whales is up-to 45-50 years.
 

9. SEI WHALE

 
Sei Whales are the ninth biggest marine mammals in the world. These whales can weigh up-to 45 tonnes (45,000 Kgs). The Average mass of these whales are 22.5 tonnes & can grow more than 14-15 meters (49 feet) in length. 
 

10. GRAY WHALE

 
Gray Whales are the Tenth Largest marine mammals in the world. These whales can weigh up-to 45 tonnes (45,000 Kgs). The Average mass of these whales are 19.5 tonnes & can grow more than 13-14.9 meters (44-49 feet) in length. Life span of the these whales is up-to 55-70 years.
 
 
NOTE: It is difficult to calculate exact weight, length & life span of these mammals. Because some researches says some whales can live more than 200 years.
